The surgery is performed under general or spinal anesthesia. The surgery takes approximately 1 hour. The patient stays in the hospital for one day or is discharged on the same day.

A Foley catheter is inserted into the urethra in a sterile manner. A small incision is made in the suprapubic area, the skin and subcutaneous layers are opened, and the penis is exposed. A specially prepared and appropriately sized silicone implant is fixed to the penis slightly behind the coronal sulcus. It is then fixed in a position that covers the dorsal and lateral sides of the penis, without covering the urethra from the ventral side. After the penis is brought to its normal position, the incision is closed and the operation is terminated.
