Permanent Penile Enlargement Surgery with Peniflex Plus

Permanent Penile Enlargement Surgery with Peniflex Plus

Permanent penile enlargement surgery” typically refers to surgical procedures aimed at increasing the length or girth of the penis with results intended to be long-lasting or permanent. These procedures are sought by individuals who desire a more substantial change in the size or appearance of their penis and are willing to undergo surgical intervention to achieve it.

There are several techniques used in penile enlargement surgery, including: Penile lengthening, penile girth enhancement, combination procedures.

Overall, while penile enlargement surgery may provide some individuals with the desired aesthetic or psychological improvements, it is not without risks, and individuals should approach the decision to undergo such procedures with caution and careful consideration. Additionally, non-surgical alternatives, such as counseling or therapy, may be beneficial for individuals experiencing body image concerns or dissatisfaction with their genitalia.

In penis enlargement surgeries, fats taken from the patient’s own body are generally used. These oils are absorbed over time, their effects decrease or deformities occur in the penis. The most important advantage of penis enlargement surgery performed with Peniflex is that it is permanent and does not cause deformities in the penis. In this article, I will talk about penis enlargement surgery performed with “Peniflex”, a new and permanent special material.

What is “penile enlargement surgery”?

Penile enlargement surgery, also known as penile augmentation or penile enhancement surgery, is a medical procedure aimed at increasing the length or girth of the penis. This type of surgery is typically sought by men who are dissatisfied with the size of their penis or who have concerns about their sexual performance or self-confidence.

There are several techniques used in penile enlargement surgery:

  • Penile Lengthening: This procedure involves releasing the ligaments that attach the penis to the pubic bone, allowing the penis to extend further from the body. By increasing the visible portion of the penis, it may result in a slight increase in flaccid length. However, it typically has minimal effect on erect length.
  • Penile Girth Enhancement: Girth enhancement procedures involve injecting or implanting various materials, such as fat grafts, dermal fillers, or silicone implants, into the penis to increase its circumference. These procedures are aimed at increasing the thickness of the penis, both in its flaccid and erect states.
  • Combination Procedures: Some surgeons may perform a combination of lengthening and girth enhancement procedures to achieve the desired results.

What is the Peniflex?

It is made of silicone, which is surgically placed under the skin of the penis. It is a special penis enlargement material. It is a suitable material for this purpose because it is permanent, suitable for the shape of the penis, and has flexible properties. Peniflex is used only for penis thickening purposes. If lengthening is required, it is possible to release the penis suspensory ligaments and remove excess fat in the pubic area in the same session.

Before operation

Before undergoing penile enlargement surgery, it’s crucial for individuals to take several preparatory steps to ensure their safety and maximize the chances of a successful outcome. Here’s an overview of what typically happens before the operation:

  • Consultation with a Surgeon: The first step is to schedule a consultation with a qualified and experienced surgeon who specializes in penile enlargement procedures. During this consultation, the surgeon will evaluate the individual’s medical history, current health status, and goals for the surgery. They will also discuss the available options, potential risks and complications, and expected outcomes.
  • Physical Examination: A thorough physical examination of the penis and surrounding areas will be conducted to assess the individual’s anatomy and determine the most suitable surgical approach. This may include measuring the length and circumference of the penis and evaluating the elasticity of the penile skin.
  • Discussion of Expectations: It’s essential for individuals to have realistic expectations about the outcome of the surgery. The surgeon will discuss what can and cannot be achieved through penile enlargement surgery and address any concerns or questions the individual may have.
  • Medical Evaluation: In some cases, additional medical tests or evaluations may be necessary to ensure that the individual is a suitable candidate for surgery. This may include blood tests, urine tests, or imaging studies to assess the health of the genital and urinary tract.
  • Preoperative Instructions: Prior to the surgery, the surgeon will provide specific instructions to help prepare for the procedure. This may include guidelines on medications to avoid, dietary restrictions, and lifestyle modifications. It’s important to follow these instructions carefully to minimize the risk of complications during and after surgery.
  • Informed Consent: Before proceeding with the surgery, individuals will be asked to sign an informed consent form, acknowledging that they understand the risks, benefits, and alternatives of the procedure. This ensures that they have been fully informed and are making an informed decision about undergoing surgery.
  • Preparation for Recovery: Planning for the postoperative recovery period is essential. This may involve arranging for time off work, making arrangements for transportation to and from the surgical facility, and preparing the home environment for a comfortable recovery.

By following these steps and thoroughly preparing for the surgery, individuals can increase the likelihood of a positive outcome and a smooth recovery from penile enlargement surgery.

After surgery

After undergoing penile enlargement surgery, individuals will enter a recovery period during which they will need to follow specific instructions provided by their surgeon to ensure proper healing and minimize the risk of complications. Here’s an overview of what typically happens after penile enlargement surgery:

  • Immediate Postoperative Care: Following the surgery, individuals will be monitored in a recovery area until they are stable. They may experience some discomfort, swelling, and bruising in the genital area, which is normal. Pain medication and antibiotics may be prescribed to manage pain and prevent infection.
  • Hospital Stay or Outpatient Procedure: Depending on the type of surgery and individual circumstances, penile enlargement surgery may be performed as an outpatient procedure or may require a short hospital stay for observation. The surgeon will determine the appropriate postoperative care plan based on the specifics of the surgery and the individual’s health status.
  • Follow-up Appointments: Individuals will typically have follow-up appointments with their surgeon to monitor their progress and assess the healing process. These appointments allow the surgeon to check for any signs of complications, such as infection or abnormal healing, and make any necessary adjustments to the treatment plan.
  • Activity Restrictions: During the initial recovery period, individuals will be advised to avoid strenuous activities, including heavy lifting and sexual intercourse, to allow the surgical site to heal properly. It’s essential to follow the surgeon’s instructions regarding activity restrictions to prevent injury and promote optimal healing.
  • Wound Care: Proper wound care is essential to prevent infection and promote healing. Individuals will receive specific instructions from their surgeon on how to care for the surgical site, including cleaning and dressing changes. It’s essential to follow these instructions carefully to minimize the risk of complications.
  • Monitoring for Complications: While complications after penile enlargement surgery are rare, individuals should be aware of potential signs of complications, such as excessive bleeding, severe pain, or signs of infection, and contact their surgeon immediately if they experience any concerning symptoms.
  • Resuming Normal Activities: As the healing process progresses, individuals will gradually be able to resume normal activities, including work and exercise, under the guidance of their surgeon. It’s important to avoid rushing the recovery process and to listen to the body’s signals to prevent setbacks or complications.
  • Long-term Follow-up: Even after the initial recovery period, individuals may have long-term follow-up appointments with their surgeon to monitor their progress and address any concerns or complications that may arise.

Overall, the recovery process after penile enlargement surgery requires patience, diligence, and adherence to the surgeon’s instructions. By following these guidelines and attending follow-up appointments, individuals can achieve optimal results and minimize the risk of complications.

Complications of penile enlargement surgery

Penile enlargement surgery, like any surgical procedure, carries potential risks and complications. While complications are relatively rare, it’s essential for individuals considering this type of surgery to be aware of the possible risks. Some of the complications associated with penile enlargement surgery may include:

  • Infection: Infection at the surgical site is a potential risk following penile enlargement surgery. Signs of infection may include redness, swelling, warmth, or drainage from the incision site. Prompt medical attention is necessary if signs of infection occur.
  • Bleeding: Excessive bleeding during or after surgery can occur, leading to complications such as hematoma (collection of blood outside blood vessels) or delayed wound healing. Proper surgical techniques and careful postoperative management help minimize this risk.
  • Scarring: Scarring at the incision site is common after penile enlargement surgery. While some scarring is expected, excessive scarring or keloid formation may occur in some individuals, affecting the cosmetic appearance of the penis.
  • Changes in Sensation: Some individuals may experience changes in sensation, including numbness, tingling, or decreased sensitivity in the penis or surrounding areas. In rare cases, permanent loss of sensation may occur, affecting sexual function.
  • Erectile Dysfunction: Penile enlargement surgery can potentially lead to erectile dysfunction (difficulty achieving or maintaining an erection). This risk is higher in procedures involving the release of penile ligaments, which may affect the stability and angle of erections.
  • Asymmetry or Irregularities: In some cases, penile enlargement surgery may result in asymmetry or irregularities in the shape, size, or appearance of the penis. Revision surgery may be necessary to correct these issues.
  • Implant Complications: In procedures involving penile implants or injections, complications such as implant migration, extrusion (protrusion of the implant through the skin), or allergic reactions to injected materials may occur.
  • Psychological Effects: Individuals may experience psychological effects following penile enlargement surgery, including dissatisfaction with the results, depression, anxiety, or body image issues. Counseling or therapy may be helpful in addressing these concerns.

It’s important to note that the likelihood of complications varies depending on factors such as the individual’s overall health, the specific surgical technique used, and the skill and experience of the surgeon. Before undergoing penile enlargement surgery, individuals should thoroughly discuss the potential risks and benefits with their surgeon and carefully consider their options. Additionally, following preoperative and postoperative instructions can help minimize the risk of complications and promote optimal outcomes.

How to do Peniflex “penile enlargement surgery”

The surgery is performed under general or spinal anesthesia. The surgery takes approximately 1 hour. The patient stays in the hospital for one day or is discharged on the same day.

A Foley catheter is inserted into the urethra in a sterile manner. A small incision is made in the suprapubic area, the skin and subcutaneous layers are opened, and the penis is exposed. A specially prepared and appropriately sized silicone implant is fixed to the penis slightly behind the coronal sulcus. It is then fixed in a position that covers the dorsal and lateral sides of the penis, without covering the urethra from the ventral side. After the penis is brought to its normal position, the incision is closed and the operation is terminated.

In order for this surgery to be performed, patients must be circumcised. It is not very suitable for severely obese patients.

During this procedure, penis lengthening can also be performed by cutting the suspensory ligaments of the penis and removing excess fat from the pubic area.
